HPA valve is leaking.  (United States)

my 45/4500 is leaking out of the release hole drilled in the valve.  I know it's a seal, but have no clue how to change it out.

Does anybody know of anywhere local, or where to ship for repairs?

I also need to probably Hydro check it...think it's up this year for hydro testing.

HELP!  love that tank and need it soon!

CFP might be able to do it. Is it a Pure Energy tank? PE tanks are up every 3 years unless otherwise stated on the bottle. Hypersports can service the reg and hydro it for ~$30. Best case scenario is that a simple o-ring went bad, worst case is that the reg is shot.

Best bet is to send in reg to whoever made it. Or just buy a new reg. Guerilla regs are cheap. Taz knows a guy who Hydros tanks. You just have to remove the reg.

Good point ^

Guerilla Air Myth regs are going for around $50, they're nice and short too, only 3/4"

thanks whoever you are...

I completely forgot about the option to buy a new reg.  it's a JAVA tank (no clue if it can still be serviced by the manufactor)...already been hydro'd once...got it used in early '06...think it was hydro'd in '05.  been a great tank, like the size of it etc etc.

still have my Crossfire 68/4500...just like the 45/4500 option sometimes

Re: HPA valve is leaking.  (United States)

Hey Greg,

I did a search for Guerilla regs - found the manufactor site.  searching were to purchase one.

What's Hyper Sports address?  will they put a new reg on the tank after hydroing?

thanks!

5080 Hoffner Ave

Orlando, FL, 32812

We have a couple of MYTH regs in stock for about $40, and can be installed free of charge
